Calm and composed meet Fyonn Wolf who heads up Pulse’s Property Management team. Joining Pulse in 2022, he has taken the department from strength to strength, growing our list of managed properties to over 500 properties, and expanding the team. He prides himself in helping clients maximize their investment and in supporting the people in his team to reach their individual goals.

Fyonn has always had an interest in property and Sydney Real Estate. Following an earlier career at Qantas, he made the move over to real estate in 2009 and since then has worked his way up from front line Property Management roles now to become Head of Department. 

Leading and mentoring the leasing and property management teams, he prides himself in offering our landlords honest and professional advice, and clear communication. Remaining calm under pressure and focused on problem solving in any given situation.

With properties leased and managed across the Shire, he holds broad property and investment market knowledge understanding where the demand for rentals resides at any given time.

Fyonn lives by the motto “never give up”, we suspect inspired by Bear Grylls. His advice and proven approach are to play the long game, as reaching goals takes time and learning from your mistakes.

Outside of work Fyonn is a proud father and family man and his weekends are spent enjoying time with partner and young daughter.
