Tracey has lived in the Sutherland Shire for 40 years, giving her excellent market knowledge across a lot of the Sutherland Shire. More recently she has become focused in the Gymea Bay area. She has become an expert within this area, and the go-to around the office for any insights into Gymea Bay.
After working as a Flight Attendant for many years, Tracey’s affinity for meeting new people and her first-class customer service skills has translated into her role as a Sales Agent now at Pulse Property Agents. Tracey is dedicated, if that means putting a sale together at 10pm or over the weekend then that is what she will do to achieve the best results for her clients. Outside of real estate Tracey fills her cup up by spending time with her family, walking her two Cavoodles Mav and Koda, or playing Oz Tag.

Dear Mr Pike, I wanted to write to you to let you know how impressed I was with Tracey Fenwick acting on the sale of my home. From the minute she walked in my door I knew I had found the perfect agent. She brings a real sense of calm with her and has a very quiet confidence about her. I had already interviewed two other real estate agents and there was simply no comparison between Tracey and the others! She showed me the steps I would need to get my house listed in a very clear and precise way. She arranged for all the photography, videographer, etc. in one appointment.
