Ben Pike was always a name we had heard when discussion about real estate agents in the Sutherland Shire came up. When the time came to list our property Ben Pike and the whole team at Pulse Property Agents have been on our side from day one. Even before we had actually listed our property Ben helped us bid at an auction and made sure we were aware of our limits and managed our expectations not only on our property but also the ones we were looking at.
Ben has been contactable the entire time at the worst calling us back within the hour each and every time helping ease the stress that comes with buying and selling. No questions were off the table and we felt comfortable asking Ben the silly annoying questions without being a burden. We felt that all the marketing and open houses conducted showed our property to the best of its potential.
