Where do I start. I was referred to Cam from a work colleague, Loanne. Cam sold her home a few months ago and she was overwhelmed by how knowledgeable he was in terms of the market. I contacted Cam as I have never purchased a home before, previously we had only ever built. I was sick of dealing with some of the agents in and around Alfords Point and Illawong. I wanted someone approachable and personable to talk me through the steps to buying a pre established property. Cam did not have to help me. He was not paid to help me but his services and overall demeanour was outstanding. He looked through PBI reports, helped me to draw up comparable sales to back our offers, he listened when I whinged about the lack of contact from agents. He gave advice when we were ready to make offers.He is amazing! Good customer service is far and in between in society today but young Cam has re-instilled my faith in the next generation of young people moving into the work force. Cam should be commended for his work ethic.
