To potential sellers,I’ve had the opportunity work with Ben Pike on two house sales now, one in an up market, the other in a falling market.The test of a good agent is how they perform in a falling market. Selling a house in a falling market is extremely stressful/upsetting, and requires an agent that is willing to put in the work. Ben has been amazing here.
