Rachelle began her career in real estate in 2011, straight out of high school, starting as a receptionist. She steadily progressed through various roles in property management administration, leasing, portfolio management, and ultimately transitioned into trust accounting in 2019. 

Rachelle thrives on structure, consistency, and compliance in her role. She is highly time-efficient and excels at prioritising tasks to meet deadlines and exceed expectations. What she loves most about her role is the ability to make it her own, creating processes that work for both herself and the team, and assisting with accounts-related enquiries.

Outside of work, Rachelle enjoys spending quality time with her husband and energetic toddler. She also finds joy in keeping fit, baking, and indulging in good coffee. Rachelle believes that the Pulse brand stands out for its consistency, commitment, and collaboration, offering clients a level of service that exceeds expectations.
