Pulse’s research methodology incorporates a top down / bottom up approach. The ‘top down’ approach studies the 5 key drivers of the property market to identify markets that represent strong value for investors.

if a market can illustrate strong fundamentals providing investors with great value or opportunity, we then continue our due diligence, empirically testing projects through a 45 point rating system.

The rating system has built-in tilts and adjustments to take into account our analysts intuitive ‘gut feeling’ – as this is often the most accurate indicator of an outstanding property investment opportunity.
