The Edge, Cairns - NSW

Project Description
Off-the-plan project where Pulse had exclusive distribution of 95 one, two and three bedroom apartments with an average price of $403,000.

Results
95 were released in September 2006.
In the first 3 months Pulse had sold over 40% of the project, with 39 apartments sold by December 2006.

Pandanas, Darwin - NT

Project Description
At a time when Sydney-siders would not even think about investing in Darwin, Pulse took on exclusive distribution to the largest ever project in Darwin. The project was off-the-plan, had an average purchase price of $446,000 and included both residential and serviced apartments.

Results
267 units were released in June 2005.
Pulse sold 83 apartments in the first 6 months and by the time the project was complete we had sold 203 apartments.

Hassall St, Parramatta - NSW

Project Description
Off-the-plan project where Pulse had exclusive distribution of 59 one and two bedroom units with average price of $460,000.

Results
59 units were launched on 19th February, 2008.
38 contracts were issued by the 11th April, 2008.

VQ, Rhodes - NSW

Project Description
An off-the-plan development in which Pulse have access to 256 apartments with an open distribution agreement of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, and an average price of $578,000.

Results
256 units released in October 2007.
65 had been sold by 22nd February 2008.

Darcy Park, Westmead - NSW

Project Description
Pulse had exclusive distribution of 72 units, off-the-plan. This project contained one, two and three bedroom units with an average price of $391,000.

Results
72 units were released in May 2007.
29 were under contract by the 27th July 2007, 51 have now exchanged.

Wilston Rise, Wilston - QLD

Project Description
Off-the-plan project of 13, 3 bedroom townhouses. Average price of $490,000.

Results
Development was released March 2007. Pulse did not have exclusive access to this project, but within 5 months managed to sell nearly 80% of the townhouses. 10 were sold by Pulse by 10th August 2007.
