He has spent almost a decade in Property and Property Finance in Senior Management roles, and with a background in engineering and construction, he has a diverse and invaluable understanding of the Australian property industry.

His breadth of experience, which includes engineering, construction, project management, property development, retail real estate, franchising, commercial & residential finance distribution, development & commercial property funds management and project marketing & distribution, provides a solid platform for the ongoing growth of one of Australia’s fastest growing businesses (Pulse Property was listed on the BRW Fast 100 in 2007).

Maurice Goldberg is a thought leader in wealth creation.  A qualified architect, financial planner and real estate agent, he has combined his passion for property with his love of helping people achieve their goals.

Starting as a financial planner when the industry was in its infancy, Maurice pioneered the inclusion of direct property into traditional financial planning (something many financial planners still do not do today, even though property is often the largest asset held by their clients).  After becoming frustrated that no-one in the marketplace was treating direct property with the same level of due diligence and tertiary research as was afforded other asset classes, such as stocks and shares, Maurice founded Pulse Property with the vision of providing high quality property research and recommendations that would build stable, long term wealth for his clients.

A passionate orator and educator, Maurice is regularly called upon by the press, industry and public groups to provide education and insight into the Australian property market.

Gavin Chau's track record in consistently identifying Australia's growth markets has made him an authority on the property market and as a result, Pulse's recommendations have created enormous wealth for our business partners and their clients.

Using the Pulse research methodology, Gavin analyses key macro economic indicators to identify property markets that provide value for investors. Then through analysing micro economic conditions he identifies markets that offer opportunity. By implementing this powerful "bottom up / top down" approach he is able to provide the Pulse acquisitions team with direction on the location and type of property that has the most potential for growth. And the results speak for themselves.

Glenn Piper first learned the power of commitment and dedication as an elite athlete representing Australia at the Pan Pacific Games in the 50m, 100m and 200m backstroke swimming finals.

As an international swimmer he learned to be determined and to thrive under pressure.

He has since turned that dedication and passion towards the property industry, purchasing his first property at the age of 20 and turning that into a million dollar portfolio within 2 years.

Glenn has a genuine desire to help other people build their wealth through property and has spent the last 2 years working with many of Australia’s leading property experts to build his skills and hone his natural gift for finding and investing in growth properties.
As a property consultant, Glenn’s main role is to assist clients in finding the right investment property for them and to ensure they enjoy a hassle-free and efficient sales process.

Nicola is a pillar of support for all those involved in the sales process through her efficient co-ordination of the administrative aspects of Pulse Property. She knows the value of effective organisation and communication to a successful sale and she aims to ensure your deal is seamlessly managed throughout. 

Prior to joining Pulse Property, Nicola managed sales, communications and marketing for a development firm. This experience means she has an in-depth understanding of the challenges face by both the developer and agent, and the value of excellent communication between developer, investor and agent.

Nicola manages the sales process from interest to settlement and her goal is to ensure your deal is seamlessly managed - and all parties are aware of any developments along the way.

With more than 30 years experience in the furniture business along with 17 years as a property investor, Warren Jacobs brings a keen eye and a passion for quality to the Pulse Property team.

After studying a BA in Education at Sydney University, Warrens' design skills were spotted by Australian company Freedom Furniture and a kitchen stool he designed is stocked there still.

Warren has worked in the manufacture, wholesale and retail sector of the furniture industry, and has worked on projects including fitting out Skygardens in the Sydney CBD and Procter and Gamble in Parramatta.

He has spent the past eight years running his a chain of stores in London, England.

Warren is committed to expanding Pulse's existing service and to work with developers and business partners to achieve the best possible property investments.
