History
Pulse Property was established by Ark Total Wealth (formerly known as the Ark Group).
In 1983, Ark transformed the field of financial planning by introducing their unique Total Wealth Strategies. Whilst most of the financial planning industry was offering clients managed funds and insurance, Ark was determined to offer more. Through their Total Wealth Strategies, Ark wanted to provide clients with a comprehensive approach to wealth creation, incorporating all asset classes, including direct property.
Ark believed property could play a key role in creating wealth for their clients and they had a vision of using thorough research to reduce risk, identify growth areas and maximise return. Ark wanted an empirical rating system that took the guess work out of investing, but they recognised there was no-one in the industry providing this research for the property market. And so, with this vision, a research team was created, which has grown into what is now known as Pulse Property.
Since it's beginning Pulse Property has operated as an independent company. It has experienced phenomenal growth and in 2007 was included in BRW magazine's Fast 100.
Today, Pulse provides research, support and property recommendations to a large network of business partners including financial planners, mortgage brokers, migration lawyers, accountants, property groups and industry professionals throughout Australia.
